Youth Art Vendors

Art 4 Youth is a fun-filled afternoon of interactive, hands-on art activities for youth and families. On Saturday September 24^th, the Rocky Point Sk8 Park will be alive with all sorts of entertainment and activity and we’d like you to be a part of it!

In order to reach a wider audience, and include more of our talented young community members, we are creating a new aspect to Art 4 Youth – Youth Art Vendors.   Youth vendors will be able to set up their products at shared tables at the event and sell their artwork.  This is a great way to feature some of our young local artists and artisans – and we’d like to invite you to participate!

The Important Details:

Age: Youth vendors are aged 11 – 24yrs

Date: Saturday September 24^th, 2011

Location:  Rocky Point Park’s Sk8 Park (2900 block of Murray St, Port Moody)           

Hours:  1pm – 4pm

Access to Site: 10 am

Tear Down: must be complete by 5:30pm

Fee: Free to participate

Vendor must provide: cash box and float, appropriate signage, table cloths (if desired), paperwork for receipts (if needed), an ample supply of clearly priced merchandise

Other Details:

• More than one artist may be share a table; however, extra tables cannot be provided on the day of the event so please indicate if you need a table or half table.
• Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  The organizers of Art 4 Youth reserve the right to turn down vendors if there is an excessive amount of one type of merchandise.
• Event happens rain or shine.
• Art 4 Youth organizers will provide appropriate advertising before the event, and during the event, including onsite directional signage.
